Where is your jewelry made ?
Our pieces are carefully designed and handmade in our studio in Paris, France
What is the composition of your jewelry?
Our pieces are made of 10 micron plated silver and/or 1 micron plated gold.

Shipping
What are your shipping fees and policy?
All delivery times are indicative only. Our regular shipping terms are delivered between 3-5 business days from the date of order placed. Once the order has been dispatched you will receive a tracking number via email. We offer Free Shipping on all orders over 250€.
Which countries do you ship to?
Sapias ships throughout Europe as well as the United Kingdom!
In France, we offer two delivery options:
- Pickup at a relay point
- Standard home delivery within 48-72 hours after expedition with Colissimo - signature required
Shipping is free for all orders over 250 euros.
How long does delivery take?
Your order will be delivered two to five days following shipping.
We are not responsible for any customs delays that may occur for orders outside of the EU.
How can I track my package ?
Once the order has been dispatched you will receive a tracking number via your emai address.
What is the shipping cost ?
Shipping to Europe : 7€
Shipping to the UK : 8€
We offer Free Shipping on all orders over 250€.

For the UK, please note that all additional custom fees are the customer responsibility.
Return & Refunds
What is your return policy?
Returns are possible within 14 days from the date of purchase. After 14 days since your date of order, we cannot offer a refund or exchange. Return shipping fees are the responsibility of the customer.
How long do refunds take?
Upon receipt of your package, if the order is complete and undamaged, you will be refunded within 5 working to 7 days.
How to return my order ?
First send us an email at our address contact@sapias.fr, with the details related to your order:
- The order number
- The products you wish to return
- And whether you would like an exchange or a refund and why you wish to return the product.
You will then receive a return authorization and return instructions.
You can request an exchange or a refund of the items you ordered on our website within 14 days from the date of the order. Return and exchange shipping fees are the responsibility of the customer.
When preparing the parcel make sure the product is undamaged, unworn and in its original box.
